BURNOUT
Existing staff are extremely busy and spinning many plates. Recruiting volunteers has become challenging. Nobody seems to have the time or headspace to understand where to invest the very limited time and resources.
LACK OF FUNDS
Recruiting a Communications Officer would be ideal but the budget just won’t stretch that far (at least £12k per year). Marketing agencies are expensive and don’t understand church context.
WORRY
